How would you take this?

This guy that my friend has been seeing, seems like a great guy but we still worry about her getting her heart broken by him. She is one of those girls that really fall hard...fast. She has been seeing him for about three weeks now and they seem happy enough...which everyone is in the beginning. The other day they were laying in bed and he told her twice that he was becoming very attached to her. From an objective viewpoint what would you make of that?

He want to be very close to her, someone he can tell he deep sercet to....maybe have a more meaningful relationship.
