jeans, NO shirt. don't forget the cowboy hat to keep the sun out of your eyes. your feet should just be comfortable so you pick what would keep you out there longer.

Are you doing your own yard or are working for a landscaper?

If it is a landscaper, I'd say be sure to get your self some steel toe boots. Your feet will be near blades and you will be moving heavy mowers around, so make sure you have a good pair and take a week or two before you start to properly wear them in so that they are comfortable.

If it is just your own yard, I always use my old sneakers. Every six months one should get new running shoes, so I always use my prior pair for the yard. The lawnmower will kick up a lot of grass and stain your shoes so you don't want to be wearing nice shoes or sneakers.

Wear socks. Consider tucking your pants into your socks. You want to be careful of lime tick disease.

There is really no set attire to wear for mowing lawns. I'd just pick some old clothes. If you will be in direct sunlight for a while, be sure and put either sun screen on or long sleeves. Don't wear shorts - choose pants instead. The mower will kick up grass, sticks and stones and you don't want your legs to be unprotected.

Wear ear protection and goggles(especially if you work for a landscaper!). The noise of the lawnmower is not good for the ears. Since you will be around spinning blades you will need to protect your eyes because if the blades hit a stick or a rock it could ricochet off something and then back at you.

A baseball hat is handy for keeping the sun out of your eyes.

That is about it buddy - good luck!

there is so could issues to contemplate while pricing your backyard mowing provider. How vast is the backyard ? How lots gas will it take. Do you furnish the backyard mower ? Is the lawnmower reliable ? what is going to you do in case you get injured ? Do you have a weed eater for trimming ? ----The questions in simple terms circulate on. What you need to do is in simple terms 'good deal or haggle' a value with the persons backyard to be mowed. you elect repeat corporation so maximum probable you will ought to have a less costly than every person else. different components of income. A hat with a bill for sun protection, a loose fitting cotton t-shirt, shorts (jeans if it's not too hot), socks with sturdy shoes, and sunscreen. Have some water close by as well. You also might want to wear an iPod as long as it didn't interfere with operating the mower.

I have a cute young guy cut my grass.

His tip is bigger if he's shirtless.

I prefer cut off shorts and a ball cap.

Does that help?

Only thing I insist on is good shoes...no matter how hot you look mowers are dangerous.
