I want to propose to my partner but in a sweet non corny way. He is no romantic type but I want it to be special... please help...

Find something that he loves to do. Don't do it in public because he might reject you. Do it in some privacy. Get something thing that he loves, like collect things. Put the note in it, but dont say will you marry me but like quote or some stories how you guys met. Once he find it, and ask you, wahts going then from there you can ask him.

If you really want to propose then go and propose first. usually mens are so much confused bout proposing that they have no idea hw to do that. So the best way is buy some flowers and make your move. dont expect anything from him. this will enlighten and will make him really glad.

Halftime at his teams football ground. Could probably get the announcer to announce it, or just DIY.
Treat him to a day out, something blokish, maybe a day at a racing track and at the end of it go for a meal and pop the question then.
I think I, as a man, would appreciate it most over a really special meal at a posh resteraunt.

I am proposing to my boyfriend this Vday :) I'm gonna buy him a Build-A-Bear, the monkey, in scrubs (he is going to school to be a medical lab tech so he wears scrubs every day), with the shirt embroidered - You be my doctor, I'll be your nurse...Marry me?
On top of that, a lot of little things...new red sheets for his bed, candy, candles, and a lot of little crafty fun things I am making him.
Just get creative!

Make him his favorite meal maybe rent his favorite movie too make a big night out of it make it special something the two of you will always remember then when the time is right ask him to marry you. I hope he says yes. Good luck!

I'm not sure why you want it to be romantic if he's not romantic . . .
Anyway, I suggest being somewhere romantic. Maybe on a bridge or a tall building, overlooking a romantic scenery.
