What are you nuts, we white men have no rights in matters like this. The lacrosse guys could sue but what will they get besides worn out stinking panties.

The penalty for leveling false accusations against someone whould be equal to the penalty the falsely accused faced. She should face 25 years to life, just like the people she falsely accused.
Nifong and Nancy Grace should both be liable for slander as they both tried the case in public and outed the defendants without any proof there was an attack. The state should have to repay the legal fees of the three accused since there is already proof of malfeasance.
I am less concerned with men's rights but rather when she leveled the false accusations of rape she belittled every rape victim. And since the rape didn't occur why has the accuser not been identified, since she is no longer a vitim but more likely going to be a defendant she should no longer be protected.
Nancy Grace loves outing the victims and trying them in the media, why is she still protecting the liar? Perhaps because she backed the wrong horse on this one.

The question is basically imposable to answer.
you are asking the future be told, Yet by law there are a few possibilities.
1. yes she will be arrested and charged.
2. she will be arrested and not charged.
3. The duke boys will not press charges and let bygones be bygones.
4. she will be charged with false testimony and be fined for the time and cost of the investigation she has caused.
5. she will be sued by the duke boys and will lose her great great grand children money in this law suit.
with all this the question of will she be sent to jail is only up to the judge and jury, we as people of the great United States can have our thoughts of what she deserves but we can not do anything about it without trial by jury of her peers. which is OUR right to have.

I think the "women" that accused the team should be put in jail! I also think she should have to pay back all the money that went in to the trial! The system is not a way to make money which is all she was trying to do! As a rape victim myself I think it's completely horrible that women would try to take advantage of the system. It's hard enough to get a conviction for a rape we don't need to make it even harder but if somethings not done to the women that falsely accuse a man of rape it's going to get almost impossible to get a rape conviction. This women needs to do some prison time!

God, I hope so, but history says "no". If you remember way back to Tawana Brawley. She was allegedly found wrapped in a plastic bag and covered with sh*t. She accused the Police of rape and accused the prosecutor of covering it up and even participating in the crime. Rev Al Sharpton and all his other cronies made a big stink about it and demonstrated claiming it was "whitey" picking on the poor blacks again. Turns out Tawana got caught in a lie and Sharpton knew it but couldn't stop the ball from rolling. Eventually the whole thing just disappeared. Tawana was never charged and neither were all the other race baiters involved.

I'd hate to comment because it hasn't all came out yet. Last thing I heard is that the one attorney turned it over to his higher up to prosecute it as to keep his mistakes out of it? Not sure if that is correct or not? It will be interesting. I think that there are times that things happen and people get out of it and there are times that things don't happen and people get accused and even termed guilty when they may not be. I think that a thing meant for good to be able to talk about some thing, got money involved and greed does all kinds of terrible things and that is called corruption. Take the money away from those getting paid for all of this and see how fast things would change? This is true with all kinds of so called human abuse type issues.

'relations violence and toddler endangerment' - you disregarded that she became a sufferer of poverty back in that!! Poverty isn't a sufferer status as such - even as it would want to be the direct reason behind some issues, at the same time with stealing nutrition etc - there is no justification for fake prices to target to make money - she ought to were charged with fraud! 'you're goin' down - fraud's a Federal rap, Mikey - and also you'll get the chair - 'n i do not mean the chair carry at Aspen!' . properly, slightly severe, yet... Poverty might want to MITIGATE punishment for a criminal offense, besides the undeniable fact that it does no longer justify the crime. after I get my 2d e book out - you could study all about an fantastically disadvantaged kids there, on the topic of a relations i understand properly - that would want to favor to close maximum of those feminists up! (snorts - 'men's privilege' - 'oppression' - shee-hit! You gotta be wealthy to even imagine that way!). aspect is - out of that relations - 2 babies out of six went off track by drugs - 4 did not. aspect is - you could opt for!!

Do you believe in Santa? Maybe the Toothfairy or the Easter Bunny?
What world do you live in where you think they'll ever charge the accuser (any woman) with filing a false report of rape? Women's rights groups would be all over this saying that if she got charged it would prevent future victims of the crime to come forward.
Ideally, we'd all like to see her go to jail for this one but its not going to happen.

Along with those who witheld info and tried the players in the media per say-I definetly think a full disclosure and investigation are in order. And a PR run for the players who's lives have been hurt and put on hold.

I don't think she should. Something happened to this woman. Although she was a stripper, which is her profession, I truly believe these men
did something to her. I think that because these men's families have money, and are white with money,
is the reason these men were found
not guilty.
How many black jurors did they have?
No wonder the New Black Panther Organization is obtaining new members everyday.
