Depends on where you go. Most vets will charge you for a visit (around here $35) plus the shot $10-$18. But, there are low cost spay and neuter clinics that do shots once a month for a reduced cost (about $5 I think). Of course, taking your dog to the vet for a visit is a good idea since he may discover something that you didn't notice and might help you head off a problem before it starts.

It varies depending where you live mostly. The best way to find out the price of a rabies vaccine in your area is to call around to local vets and see what they charge.
You also want to call around to shelters to see if they offer low vaccinations. I know in my area Petsmart/Petco and shelters offer a time when you can go in and recieve low-cost vaccinations provided through local shelters/rescues.
There are 2 types of Rabies vaccinations, just to let you know. A 3 year vaccine and a 1 year vaccine. Depending on the vet. The cost for my dogs rabies vaccination was included in the adoption price.

It can range anywhere from $10-$20. If you have a petsmart in your area that has the Banfield Vet inside of it, they have certain days where you can bring your dog in for Vacs and not pay an office visit. They are called Wellness Hours. Check your local Banfield.

Varies. If you go to a vet you will be charged an office visit + the fee for the vaccination. Check you local animal services, SPCA, or animal shelters. Most do it for a reduced cost. Our local SPCA does it for $10 all year round unless we are having a special.

As others have said, it depends on your area and your local clinics. According to my dog's vet records it was $10 for the shot alone in the south Texas area. Hope this helps
