Oftentimes, ingesting any milk product will cause stomach cramping and diarrhea. Since milk is designed for baby cows--not humans--it is not an optimal way to get the nutrients that are found (or placed) in milk. Fresh fruit and veggies along with sunlight will provide easier-to-digest and more absorbable nutrients, along with tons of other health benefits (and no fat!). Best thing is, usually the cramping and diarrhea will end VERY soon after you stop eating milk products. If a change in diet doesn't change what's going on, I'd head to a doctor. Good luck, hon!

For immediate relief, take lemon juice in warm water for 6 to 8 times a day.
Take tablet Mebarid of Phyto Pharma, an ayurvedic tablet 1-0-1 for 3 to 4 days or as required.

Depends why you are getting the diarrhoea
If you are getting pains in your stomach or where your intestines would sit you may have something else
I used to get that problem and found that i had Irritable Bowel Syndrome....after that i got told how to stop it from happening and rarely have any problems now

you are having diarrhea due to what? virus or did you eat something that didn't agree with you. how many times have you went? first and foremost, drink plenty of water to replace fluids lost during the diarrhea episode. if it is not severe enough to go to the doctor.....you can eat rice or drink the juice from rice. this is an old home remedy that works. good luck.
