Okay my ex boyfriend and I was talking and he told me he just wants to be friends should I be happy that we are friends or upset cause that is all we ever will be cause I still love him and would die for him and his friends say he still likes me a little so do I tell him I like him or show him I like him by being "friends"?????????

Girl friend, i think it's better he said his mind to you order than keping it to himself.. Yeah it's difficult to loose someone you really love just like that but babie girl you just have to accept it face your life.
Fine you can be his frinend but never let him take you for granted..

First i really hope you were kidding about the dieing for him part cause if not you got some other issues that require professional help. The fact that he still likes a Little means nothing if the man said he wants to be friends then he knows what he wants. You'll get over loving him but you need to go in life. some one else is out there and you'll never find him holding on to the past

Sorry to hear that , but you have to respect his decision, if you chase behind something that only you want in a relationship, that would you make surffer more, you know you never really know what friends really know or just thought there heared, fact is he told you so you may as well just try to let it go.

no matter how much you may love him, you can't make him feel the same way, so in my past I have learned that it is better to move on and let him go because it sounds like he wants to keep you hanging til he finds something else so be careful and put yourself first. Don't give him any more chances to hurt you in any way.

Well friends after a relationship is a nice theory.. but seldom happens. That being said... if he has told you that he just wants to be friends, take it for face value. It means, it's time to move on.
Give yourself time.. time to be angry.. time to cry.. and time to get over the relationship.

If he has told you he still wants to be friends, he is telling you a part of him still wants to be with you. It is best to move on.

be friends since that is what he asked for. If you care for him then you will respect his wishes and boundaries. This is the reason most people are not friends even with people that they break up with on good terms. The relationship is harder on one or the other.

You should tell him how you feel and if he doesnt feel the same you will get hurt but you will know the truth and then will know you can start to get over him and move on. It's better to know now then later on. Just tell him how you feel.

then accept him as freind.there'll be no harm to be done.who knows you might fall for each other again and as the romantic quote says'"its sweeter the second time around".By being freinds again,you could show him,well,not in an obvious way,it's his loss letting you go.
