Hi, i did weight watcher a while ago and i never really made recipes as i found you waste half your points in them. All i did was find out which food had less points and try and combine them together. Like for example a potato waffle is only 1and a half points so i would have two waffles which is 3 points and an omelette which is 1and a half points. So thats only 4 and a half points for your dinner or tea and it fills you up. I still used to make chilli con carne and spagehttie bolognese, but i bought a weight watchers scale so i used to measure everything. I got less but it still a meal i like and i know the points value. The scales are worth getting.
I also used to have weight watchers soup with craker bread,
Crackers and low fat cheese. You dont need any recipes as you can eat what you like just as long as you have the points counter or weight watchers scales.
I never use to make anything from scratch as i never needed to as the points value where there for me to know the points in all my recipes.
So just use your own recipes just count your pointts.

Hey you don't need weightwatchers - the only pounds you'll lose are ££££s. Try to eat 7 portions of veg a day, no processed junk - or weightwatchers meals, drink plenty of pure water, and get 4/5 half hours sessions of sweaty exercise a week.

It's a fact that most people who diet with weightwatchers put on more weight afterwards.

Simplest delicious meal - slice courgette with a potato slicer, marinade in olive oil and white wine vinegar, serve with cracked black pepper and sardines (grilled) and slice of batch bread - side salad with tomoatos and just vinegar as dressing - yummy

Use the Weight Watchers website or by a cook book from your meeting, as you get a clear idea of how much points a portion is.

I hope you're also exercising because number crunching alone won't cut the mustard!!
