Well, I'm biracial with non-Caucasian hair, so I'm going to answer this one anyway...
I have been using Dr. Miracle's relaxers since the summer and it has done wonders! For the past 3 years my hair stayed at medium length. It just would not grow! I started using their relaxers in July and my hair has grown almost 3 inches since then.
I have tried some of their other products (the serum and the Miracle gro oil) and they ARE greasy, but the serum has worked wonders on my ends when I use just a dab of it. A little goes a long way.
I recommend the relaxer highly, but there are other comparable styling products that are better to be honest.

Yes it helps promote hair growth. I use Dr. Miracles Relaxer and Anti-Thinning Lotion and I have notice hair growth, faster than any other hair product I've ever used. You will see a difference in 4-6 weeks.

i used it once and didn't like it. all it did was make my hair VERY greasy....if your hair is chorused it might be good but if you have medium hair i wouldn't recommend it.

I started using optimum care...it works wonders
