Does anyone have any tips for getting cream cheese mints out of candy molds?

They tend to stick, especially if there are small crevaces or details.

Hot water would definitely help release the mints but it will also destroy the definition in the design. I would freeze them for a bit. Test for freezing time on a single mint to ensure perfection for the rest of the batch.

pop em in the freezer for a few (maybe 10 mins) for a flash freeze effect ... never made them so this is truly a guess based on other foods we've done this for

very hot water will do it.....
