because with someone we know, we are connecting physically as well as on an emotional level. Sex with a stranger is just physically. We have a harder time baring our soul than just baring our bodies with someone!

I think it is because when u love someone u run the risk of losing them and that is a fear for alot of people. You feel u have to live up to a certain expectation and u want to please them and there is alot more pressure than with someone u barely know and don't care about.

I dont agree, I feel like I can speak my heart out to somebody I know, especially if its a personal topic, like sex. I'm more shy around guys I dont really know than around guys I've known for ages..

Because when your with someone you love all you want to do is please them, therefore we spend too much time worrying about weather everything is perfect or not. But when it's just a one night stand you could care less about those things because it's about sex and nothing else.

it's should be the other way around, as i'm pretty sure your lover also saw your birthday suit then sex talk should be easier, at least you'll make her feel better the next time you do it

I agree..I think because there your lover that you care about you dont want to say something wrong..but with a stranger you dont care what they think of you so your not that shy

the reason is obvious. if its someone we love then we fear not living up to expectations and ruining the relationship whereas with a stranger u dont have the pressure to perform and if it doesnt work it it wont matter cause u may not see the again.

Because when you love the person you want them to love you back and you fear judgement. When you barely know the person you don't really care what they think casue well they don't know you.

I think it's because of the feelings that you may have for that person and how you don't want to hurt them in any way so your more cautious in every way especially the physical part of the relationship.........
