Still smoking, try to give up but fail, will try again but in the meantime what vitamins or diet would be recommended. I do light exercise but my skin feels dry.

I would get to a specialist for advice - no supplement will help you dispel the poisons you inhale and force into your lungs. Be strong and ask your doctor for counselling available now.

No multivitamin or other supplement, cream or potion can make up for the damage that you inflict on your body and your face especially your skin.

Of course your skin is dry, that's what smoke does!!!

If you don't want to look loads older than you are at best or become extremely ill at worst, TRY HARDER!

Forget the supplements, you are poisoning your body. Go to your GPs they will have nurses running smoking cessation clinics. I know its hard (my husband is an ex smoker), but find your motivation and these sessions will really help. There are all kinds of help available to try, and you will have the encouragement of people in the same situation. Good luck.
