It sounds just like a gallbladder attack to Me. My Mom and 3 other friends have had these. After removal, You can still have diahrrea, and nausea, but if it is Your Gallbladder, You need it removed!!! Other signs of a gallbladder attack are blood in stools & or vomit, severe stomach pains directly after eating and the whole time the stomach is trying to digest the food. It could be bleeding ulcer(s) also, but it must be diagnosed by a Dr. to be sure. Drink lots of Milk of Magenesia, Immodium AD, or Pepto- Bismal for stomach upset/ anti- diarreal med. Try to coat the stomach before eating (like drinking a full glass of milk before eating) and stay away from greasy, spicy foods and red meat(s). Try a more bland diet. In the U.S. they put You on the "WHITE DIET". Potatoes, mashed(no butter), unbuttered toast, pudding, pastas w/ mild sauces, chicken broth, white rice, saltine (soup) crackers, and or any variations You can think of. Oh, and also bananas & Jell-o. Ginger Ale helped them burp, but not supposed to have pop or coffee or beer. Worst foods to eat: sausage, pizza, red meats, red sauces, tomatoes in any form, spicy sauces, & dried meats. I hope this helps!!! You NEED TO SEE A DOC..... even if You think they are bad, Then just go to the Emergency room, because both of the conditions I talked about are dangerous to not have checked!!! Worst possibility......stomach cancer!!!!!!!

As pain is after start of eating it should be an ULCER.
KEEP ONLY ON MILK and observe, If you feel better then it is ulcer. No spices, salts, sour foods and stimulants; only milk, ghee made from milk, bean soup, banana etc will help you. Eventhen you should confirm that it isn't appendicitis. If you feel pain at right side below umbilicus at 3 to 4 inches at 60 degree angle confirms appendicitis. Here surgery is unavoidable i think.

It really could be sub-acute appendicitis. I had it and the symptoms sound very similar. Does the pain lesson when you lay on your stomach? You really need to find some way to see a Dr. If it continues it could be very serious or even eventually fatal. Make some phone calls to the health department etc., if you look there is reliable help somewhere.

THERE COULD BE ALOT OF REASON WHY YOUR STOMACH IS ACTING THAT WAY. COULD BE THE SPICES THAT YOU USE, OR OTHERS REALLY DON'T KNOW. AND SINCE YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR, I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO. SORRY WISH I COULD HELP.
