13yrs ago i lent a person money to purchase goods on credit she sold the goods i was found guilty , because i lent the money to her.will i be allowed entry into the usa for my holiday.next week.

Probably Yes. We have what they call Statute of limitations which is usually 7 years. except for really big crime like murder.rape, child molesting. Things of that nature.

This makes no sense to me at all. Why did she get in trouble for selling goods unless they were illegal? You need to better your English for one and I doubt something you did 13 years ago will keep you from going to the US unless you still have charges pending.

Your question is unanswerable because it make no sense, we have enough illegals in trouble with the police, so I would feel better if you stayed in your on country on your holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
