In a sense, it does. That is the Bible is a collection of 66 books written by over 40 authors on three different continents, over a 1500+ year period. So depending on when in history you lived, not all of the Bible may have been completed yet.

Each of the books picks up the story from the books before, building on the revelations that the early generations had of God, and foreshadowing the new revelations to come. When reading the book, some people have felt like God "changes" during the book. Actually it is man's understanding of who he is and how to relate to him the "grows" over the course of the books.

The library reaches its conclusion in the person of Jesus Christ. He was the ultimate revelation of God, as he was God Himself manifest in the flesh. Once he had lived, died, and resurrection, and the event and understanding of this life and actions had recorded, there was no need to continue adding to or amending the book. It was complete at that point.

No No. God does not one thing changed in His Word. Read Revelation 22:18 & 19. There are different translation of the Bible to help the reader understand the complete story but to alter the events and what the prophets had to say would be wrong.

US Constitution is written one (so it is called a rigid one)...
For amendments a number procdures have to be followed and the effects of the modification will be studied in advance...incase the amendment brings any tragedy to the nation it is reamendable with a warning to the rulers....

Bible is delivered by the God to the human being..for the welfare of His creation...Man has to understand what is God's words..If the Bible is misinterrupted by the preachers, it is a sin and it doesn't have any forgiveness.......

Well the reason is that God's law is perfect.

Although Jesus may of seem to add or change Gods laws when he instilled the other commandments, like to love your neighbor, he is really summarizing the old laws. He did although instill a new law or command which is to preach and make disciples by baptism.

Because the Bible is too screwed up to be fixed by a few amendments.

You are right.
The constitution is made by men, so it can be amended by men.
The Bible is made by the Messenger of the One True God, so it can be amended only by the Messenger after Christ or by Himself at His second advent.

Because God is perfect and the Bible is the perfect book to live by. It does not require any changes. How can you change perfection.
