I used to have a long hair,it was so soft and healthy, but just from 2 years it began to break and get shorter,so I cut it as a cure(though I don’t like short hair),but it is still short.I don’t want to cut it again,in addition to that the broken parts are in diffirent places, and on diffirent lenghths,so it is har to cut all the broken parts....

Are their any advices to have a long hair again, any shampooes, any kind of food,..........???

Foods rich in calcium; yogurt, milk, also broccoli. I take a multivitamin, biotin (a member of the "B" vitamin family), Vitamin E and amino acids. My hair has never been healthier.

Remember to have your hair trimmed (tell your stylist that you are trying to grow you hair out so he/she will trim less than 1/4 of an inch) regulary and use a conditioner (Pantene is great).

You should get your hair layered that way you can get the ends off and itll still look long, or just trim it a little. Also there are vitamins you can take for hair and nail growth, if you go to a vitamin section in a store just look for them itll say on the bottle.

well if you have split ends hun and it breaking, you need to cut it. you hair is starting to split from the tip all the way to your roots, you need to go to the hair dresser get a trin and a treatment. i know you said you didnt want to cut it but thats the only way to stop the breakage. if you want long hair just get extentions. make the hair dresser braid your hair and then sew the extentions in. i suggest going to a black hair salon because its cheaper to put in the extentions there. it would cost you like 120-160. in a white hair salon your lookin at 200-240
