There is only one true God. (John 17:3)
There are many other gods. (1 Corinthians 8:5; compare Psalm 82:6; John 10:34, 35.)
Even the devil is called the god of this world in 2 Corinthians 4:4.
Jesus Christ is called Mighty God in Isaiah 9:6, 7, but never is he called Almighty God, a title reserved for Jehovah alone. (Exodus 6:3; Psalm 83:18)

There are an infinite number of Gods. Most people just sum them all up and make them 1. The rugby gods would argue against doing this as would the football and baseball gods.

Gee, there is only one true living God that had no beginning and no end. Jesus was created, although he is named Mighty God, he had been given position and power and authority but he is still not Almighty God.
And of course people will make up stuff, and will elevate themselves to be self proclaimed Gods. As again the bible states there are many Gods and many Lords. Again, still only one true God. (YHWH) or Jehovah.

There is only one true living God- He sent His Son to die for the sins of the world. All other "gods" are false- and we are to only worship the one true God- "There shall be no other gods before Him"

There are an infinite number of gods which paradoxically means there is only one. All things are one thing.

Can you count how many kinds of animals in the world? It would be that many. We are just in the highest form. As for all in all, one higher being is the source of all creations even unto the non living things.
