i have this DVD and i burned a copy of it because a friend of mine asked for a copy.. they loved it and others were asking for a copy too. what happened was i had to copy(the usual save disc image and then burn) the dvd to blank DVDs always. will it eventually be damaged?

Noo!!

Copy a DVD will not do more damage than watching it, it's same... (it's reading the media or DVD).

Technically: It's a laser-light will go over the media (DVD) and copy what it sees to a different place (DVD, hard disc, whatever media).

Compare it with reading a book and writing a book, simplistic said.

no, it wont. but there is a chance of it getting scratched, alot of dvd burners will scratch the dvds because thats what was happening to all of mine when ever i took them out to look at them. so then i just got a new one. what you could do instead though, is keep the copy of the dvd on your desktop, that way you dont even have to put in the cd to keep burning it. or just keep burning a already burned cd.
