We're engage and I don't have any close girl friends to be a maid of honor or brides maid and my fiance could allways have his brother has the best man. So what kind of small wedding would I have?

You could have a small wedding and anyone as your maid of honor. Why not have someone in your family? If you have no sister then why not a cousin or someone? Or how about someone on your fiance's side? As long as you have 2 witnesses. Good Luck in your marriage.

All you really NEED is 2 people to witness your vows. They don't have to serve as attendants, they could, in theory, be guests seated in the pews that just come up to witness. (My brother and future sister-in-law do not have any attendants and they are having a church wedding w/reception).
So in truth, you don't need anyone.
If you want a maid of honor, you could even ask your mom to be your matron of honor, a cousin, an aunt. Or nothing says it has to be a female. I've seen men serve as a bridal attendant. It is entirely up to you!

Why not have one of his female family members or in your family that you or him is connected to? Like a mother, sister, aunt or cousin? Even if it is not your family I bet he would be honoured and they would also.
If nothing else go to the justice of the peace where you have two witness and it doesnt matter who they are.
You can still dress up and have a nice reception if you want or the two of you can sneak off somewhere and start the honeymoon. ;) Thats what I did and it was alot cheaper! lol good luck!

if its only the two of you go abroad,go to a reputable company they supply witnesses
