Can one box be used for 2 TVs in the same house? How much will be the cost to have the same?

The Hathway STB's for digital cable cost Rs. 3000/- + V.A.T. You only have to have one if you want to get Digital Cable, which means more channels, more features and a better picture. They're not getting rid of the old analogue cable anytime soon so you only have to get one if you want to upgrade to the new digital cable and receive the extra channels.

You can use just one box, but you will only be able to watch one channel at a time that way. If you want to use both TV's at the same time watching a different channel on each then you must have to set top boxes. You could also just use analogue on your second TV and use the digital only on the TV you use the most.
