Dude, you've got some balls to create a new account and lay a 7-part essay questions on us. But I'm bored at the office, so what the hell.

1.what are converter lenses, filters and extension tubes used in cameras and their purpose of use?

Converter lenses can be add-on lenses for a point & shoot camera or lenses that slip between the body and a main lens on a (digital) SLR camera. They usually add extra zoom reach to (or extend the wide-angle reach of) the main lens.
A filter is a gel film or, more commonly, a glass element that you attach in front of a lens to achieve any number of purposes. There are UV filters, polarizers, color filters, special effect filters, etc.
An extension tube is a hollow tube that lets you use an add-on lens or filter than you can't attach directly.

2.what is aperture range and aperture priority?what is its use?

Aperture range is the range from maximum aperture to minimum aperture for a specific lens. Most lenses go from around f/3.5 to f/22. Aperture priority is a setting that lets the user determine the aperture, and tells the camera to compute the correct shutter speed.

3.what is shutter speed and shutter priority?what is its use?

Shutter speed is how long the shutter remains open to expose the film or sensor for a given picture. Shutter priority is a setting that lets the user determine the shutter speed, and the camera does the rest.

4.what is ISO rating...? that is what u mean by ISO 64, ISO 100, ISO 400, ISO 800...and what is its use?

ISO is how sensitive the film or sensor is to light. The higher the number, the more sensitive it is. You get better image quality with a low number, and faster shutter speeds with a high number.

5.what exactly is zooming and focussing? is there any movement in camera lens or any change in focal length during zoom and focus?

The lens does move when you zoom and when you focus. Zooming changes the focal length but focussing doesn't.

6.what is metering in cameras? what is matrix?

Metering is when you use the in-camera light meter to let the camera calculate how much light to let in for a given picture. You can use the spot-meter to properly expose for just the middle 2% of the picture, an area meter for the central 10%, or you can use the matrix-meter (a Nikon term, I believe) to calculate an average for the entire frame.

7.what is RAW and RAW+JPG?

All digital cameras can store pictures as compressed jpg files. High end cameras can also store lossless in RAW format. And some cameras let you store the same image in both formats at the same time.

If you need more info, just ask for details in a new question.

The previous answer sums it up. All of your questions have been answered on this site many times over. Try searching previous questions.

Also, try a camera review site. If you have more questions, then come back and ask them.
