Learn coping techniques, judgement skills, and interpersonal skills, so that you don't break down in the first place.

Learn the key factors that make you have that reaction and try changing them. It will take time though because changing behaviors isn't something that is going to happen in a short amount of time. I know this sounds lame, but it works, try breathing exercises and always keep a positive attitude

Relationships are bad if they break and there is no easy fix. Vigorous exercise helps.

For education, just do your best and be satisfied with that. But don't be like a buddy of mine who insisted on doing hard core Physics but was not good at it. He kept doing badly and that was frustrating for him. So, be realistic. Also study hard. See the response I gave to a question about education. My response is the first one. Good luck. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070113175415AAw5Ux8

You need to build up your self esteem and everytime you have a failure as you see it, chalk it up to experience that all go through in their lives and "Learn" from it. Do NOT take it so personally, it happens to alot of people and we learn from our life experiences.
