alright, my bestfreind's cousin is the most bneaufiful thing on this eartth. i finnally met her around the beggining of november and since the, we have been really good friends even tho she knows i like her. i want to ask her out but i dont know when i would see her because she lives like 40 mins away. i really dont know what i should do

Ask her out. I assume you can't drive, so the distance may be a problem. But you can always call her, talk to her on the phone, chat on the computer, etc. Then, once you can drive, you can go out on dates.

Have you ever heard of a telephone? You can easily see her by making a call and asking her on a date.

Drive to her house. If she isn't home stay in the area and keep goin' back until she is there. Knock on the door. When she opens it, tell her how much you miss seeing her.
