The best place to get cameras at a cheaper price...?

In which country can i get cameras at cheaper price? I heard that it is in U.K where the cameras are cheaper. If it is so then tell me the shops in UK where i can buy it. I am from India. My relatives are in France so i am thinking to buy there. So if it is a good choice then please tell me the best shops where i can get at best price in France too... Thanks in advance!!!
