You're one of the lucky ones. Milk is for babies. Cow's milk is for baby cows. Your body is telling you that the milk sugars and proteins are no good for you... that's why you're lucky. Many of us end up with chronic illnesses due to milk and dairy product consumption because nobody told us how bad they are for us... until now... here's just one of many, many such articles on milk:

yes, a milk substitute called lactaid you can find it near the milk in a carton, but its kinda expensive. my husband has been drinking it lately because we are pretty sure that he is lactose intolerant. And if you are wondering, yes you can even use the lactaid in recipes too. it works just the same as normal milk does (without the after afect). You can also get soy milk and there are other brands out on the market that will be right next to the soy milk, just make sure you read the label, it will say lactose intolerant.
oh, and also you might want to avoid some cheeses, and ice creams, due to the fact that they contain milk. but im pretty sure that you can buy cheese and ice cream that dont contain the real milk, but you might have to look around for those ones.
Good Luck!

A very good substitute is called Lactaid. It has helped me immensely. It doesn't have the lactose in there but is just like regular milk only just a little bit sweeter tasting. It comes in half gallons and can be a bit on the high side. Also the taste is wonderful. In fact most people who have drank it in my family have switched permanantly. I couldn't do the soy because of the taste so was surprised to find that Lactaid tasted just like milk.

Lactose loose milk is provided. . yet I have a question. . Did you develop into lactose illiberal unexpectedly? Did this take position after having surgical operation? I had lower back surgical operation and for a month i assumed they grew to develop into my anus right into a FLAME THROWER! It took me a month to make certain what the heck became occurring. . .i became no longer a contented camper. The healthcare professional stated "It in basic terms takes position" . . .properly i do no longer believe something in basic terms takes position and not using a reason. i exploit to drink a million Gallon of milk an afternoon without gas in any respect earlier that surgical operation, so I even ought to ask your self!!! The pills artwork, yet you should make certain what number you want and that is by technique of trial and blunder. . good success
