If your periodontal disease or tooth decay is so bad that you really NEED to have all of your teeth removed, you can have it done, wait 3-4 months for the bone to remodel itself during the healing process, then have the first set of impressions taken for your denture fabrication. If you don't wait long enough, the dentures will need to be relined. This is because when the teeth are removed, there is no reason for the bone to be there, and it is broken up and recommissioned elsewhere in the body for the calcium and phosphorus it contains. Otherwise, dentures can be made to be placed immediately after the teeth are extracted. When you go this route, expect to pay additional fees to have the dentures relined, and possibly remade, after healing occurs. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Go to oral surgeon or dentist for consultation and ask about immediate dentures . Before extractions ask the dentist about immediate dentures. Have the immediate impression made, take dentures to dentist when you go for the extractions. They will be placed immediately after the last tooth is pulled. The immediates act as a bandage for healing and bleeding. You go back for a reline then a hard line After that you can get permanents when the healing is done. Check out affordabledentures.com

Why, what's wrong with your teeth? If they are all bad, or most of them, a dentist or oral surgeon would extract the teeth. Prior to that he/she would make an impression of your old teeth. After your gums heal, you would then go in and be fitted with your new set of dentures which would be adjusted to feel right in your mouth. Normally, you might experience pressure points that may or may not heal and the dentist would have to make necessary adjustments. The best deal are implants, cost more but feel like or better than your own teeth.

It is a stupid question the best place for removing your teeth is the dentist, but i have another idea, my parents went to India to get their teeth removed and had false teeth put in, and not dentures which is what you take out and put in your mouth, they actually had them stuck to their gums just like real tooth, i couldn't believe it, i thought it is not possible, but it is, and they have no problems at all, so maybe you should go to India, and it is alot cheaper over there than here. The place in India is Gujurat, and a town called Bharuch. Good Luck

Probly a dentist. I had really bad rotten teeth all thru school. I did a couple of mine with a string and door knob tho when I was like 14. They were about to fall out anyways. I had a dentist take the rest out tho cuz a couple were just little nubs sorta. No more teeth for me tho. I haven't had any problems since I had the last few out and if it works, don't try to fix it.
