I'm not sure you can. A lot would depend on what sort of plastic the container is made out of. I'd be concerned about any of the chemical having leached into the plastic, so it might be best, to avoid tainting your wine, to ask the question of Webmaster.

Plastic containers are generally color coded regarding whether it's food grade. I don't think that this one is. Also, to make wine correctly, you need to use glass, not plastic.
