Effective?
Maybe more efficient, but not more effective.
You can suffer from the repeated impact that jogging does to your body.
Low impact, intense work-outs are best.

Both are beneficial. It's just a matter of preference. You can speed walk and get about the same aerobic and cardio benefits of jogging.

Yea! for sure cause when ya jog, u sweat more. other than that,u lose weight better

Its more effective than walking as it raises your heart rate, thus making the heart work harder and training the heart muscle. It also burns more cals.

No they find it is not better, but it does make you sweat more.
