What a horrible place to be. Here are a few ideas that might help.

You really need to talk to someone, not just post on here. A close friend, a counsellor, a priest, anyone who knows how to listen.

As well as that, write a letter to the man and another to the woman. Pour out all you feel on the paper, (not a computer screen, you need to write it on paper). Don't hold back, really let 'em have it. All your feelings, swear, anything you want. Then burn the letters.
You can do that a few times - every time you do it will help.

Imagine a tiny star, right in the very centre of your chest. Sit quietl and relaxed and see the star there. Gently put your right hand over the star and just feel how it feels. Let yourself feel the sensations in youur body. Keep doing it, dozens of times a day if necessary.

Sometime, you are going to have to think out what you want for your future, but not at this moment.

I do wish you well Hon.

Move on, start again, put it all behind you, or it will consume you, or has it already, don't go and see this baby, accept that you and the person you love so dearly are no more, life goes on and the pain will pass.

The best form of stress reduction is coping with something. Work on the balance of OTHER things in your life.

this will cause problems in the future with your relationship, if you can't cope now then your relationship will not survive in the future when the baby grows older and constantly needs the father about. break up now before you get in too deep.
