Yes, you can have it providing this is what you take every day. Thyroid meds are supposed to if at all possible to take on an empty stomach. However, if you take it exactly the same way every day there shouldn't be a problem. You just might absorb less of it and will require a higher dose of thyroid hormone.

Remember to get copies of your thyroid blood work, as this will help you down the road know where you feel your best. Most feel best with the TSH below 2.0. Always have a morning blood test, as that is when the TSH will be at it's highest point.

Yes. I have taken synthroid for years. I have my coffee with non dairy creamer EVERY morning. Coffee and creamer is not a food product that will interfere with the absorption of your medication.

Yes, if it's not milk you can drink coffee. I was just diagnosed with the same thing a few days ago and I was put on Senthryoid. It's not fun is it.

I think you'd be fine. Just call the docs office and ask. They can tell you comething that easy over the phone.

I took med's for hyperactive for a while but mine made me sick. I'm "cured" for now as long as I dont get preggo again :-)

Yeah, have at it. I don't follow those rules and my body is doing just fine.
