Carobs been around a lot longer than cocoa so why do we all eat chocolate these days?

Have you tasted Carob??? Chocolate is much nicer

I think the answer to this has to be in peoples taste. I think that most people would prefer chocolate and also chocolate contains a substance that makes it pleasing to eat

b) chocolate has a chemical (theobromine) which has a *pleasantly stimulant* effect on the body

Carob is its raw state, and cocoa is a refined state with added sugar and salt and milk, which gives you such creamy taste. but all highly fattening. But equally delicious. yeh.
