is it a good option to have non-veg. food to gain a wight? Or which are the other options?

yes you can have non-veg food to gain weight.the other options are that you should eat food rich in carbohydrates.eat rice with a good amount of ghee in it.and yes eat mashed or roasted potato also.i would not reccomend oily stuffs as they make your skin oily.but it's your choice.and yes,you should also cosult a dietician or you can also go to the various fitness centers which offer courses on weight gaining.check the newspapers for the ads.there are a whole lot of it.

Well you can try with the following:
1. Everyday morning as soon as you get up eat Channa soaked in water overnight about 100 gms.
2. Drink 1/2 liter Buffalo Milk after 1 hour.
3. Eat 2 Bananas after 1 hour.
4. Eat Chappati, Rice, Dal and Curds for your lunch.
5. Eat 1 Perru (Gauva) everyday at 4:00 p.m. with a glass of Milk.
6. Drink Beer in the evening 2 bottles.
7. Have a heavy dinner.
8. Before bed have 2 bananas with milk.

eat daily in correct time, non veg is better and also exercise or go to Jim then you will gain weight.

not necessary to have non-veg food to gain weight... have "black dates" with ghee, have bananas with milk... these two options will give u very good results

you still need to eat veggie's for the vitiams and minerals , eat foods that are high in trans fats , but becareful not to eat to much foods with saturated fats and cholesterol, because they are not good for your body , red meats are a good way to gain but dont over do it .

Nuts r a good source of essential fats.Have some badams,cashews,dates and raisins.In d morning u can have milk with honey.Tis gud.
