Um if he is having as much trouble figuring out what you are saying as I am then that might have an affect on how long he spends time with you. But lets assume you both speak "teenSpeak"

Chances are you are both in your middle to early high school grades (which I think is likely). He will still have a closer bond with his friends and more in common with them and as such will want to hang with them more. However, time is needed to make a relationship grow and that means more time together. If this is bothering you, you should probably discuss it with him. Or bounce his butt and find a more attentive BF.

From the way you're talking it seems to me that you need to do more homework as well. However no, it's not a problem for him. If it's a problem for you then you need to figure out what you're doing wrong. Perhaps when you talk to him he doesn't understand a word that you're saying. You sound very young and too immature to even be concerned about a boyfriend. You also sound to clingy and that's why he doesn't want to be around you.

"Dat" doesn't sound like a "boiifriend", now does it? Especially since you don't talk on "da" phone that much.

Tell him how you feel that you want to spend more time with him. If he can't do that for you then find a new boyfriend. but remember he does need time without you too. don't try to be to controlling guys don't like that.

Maybe he is not so into you. Be careful and walk away if you feel he doesn't care any more.
