I'm going to say 3rd or 4th cousin. Your grandfather's sister is your great aunt, and her granddaughter would be a cousin.

A strange question, But the answer is none as far as I'm aware. Your grandfathers sister could be called your great-aunt. her children would be distant cousins. Their children would have very little blood relation to you at all.

something like a second cousin once removed. Perhaps think of her as a close friend. It'll save having to buy a unique birthday card. I dont think hallmark cover cousins removed.

I would say "distant" cousins which means probably your 3rd or 4th cousin. They would be second cousin to your parents so to you it would be 3rd or 4th.
