ha haha , this is very intelligent question.....in this case, If you have remembered what you have forgotten then you are remembering and not forgetting

It is like
if AB + BC = AC THEN
FORGETTING/REMEMBERING + REMEMBERING /FORGETING = REMEBERING/REMEMBERING
so answer is remembering.

Remembered!
- Remembering things that you have forgotten...is when you are doing things that you are not used to do.
Eg. When you go to place with royalty, and you came from a country with just having a president (meaning you used to address them Sir or Mr President.) When in front of a King, you are coach to say royal addresses, but sir is very automatic & convenient for you to say as you`re used to and in a hurry for given limited time. After the talk, suddenly you remembered failing to address the king as you`re coach to. You remembered...the forgotten kingly addresses...and you were ashamed and guilty!

you have remembered that which you have forgotten which means that you had forgotten until the moment you remembered that you forgot.
and you may forget after a while what you remembered you had forgotten.
