It has gone nuclear since 1974. Now it is guiding other countries in new techniques as to how one need not have piles of nuclear weapons....., whose safe storage is a constant source for the manufacturing country itself and the process is very expensive and risky. India has the technique to make nuclear bombs of various size and intensity at one week notice which will be enough to blow up the whole earth, if need be.
