It really depends on the subject to be taught, having children learn math independently is not going to be very effective because the amount of researcht hat would be required for children to underrstand new concepts would be beyond them. Combinging the multiplication and spelling technique is different, but does that teacher help the children understand how the two subjects interact? many children wouldn't grasp that, the third teacher doesn't have any type of plan or curricuulum for his different children. the fourth teacher has a good plan for things that require or could use group interpretation, social studies is one subject that would benefit from this style, while math would not
