First off, they don't come any more Liberal than me. In fact, I'm a Libertarian and proud of it. However, I do believe in the death penalty and am proud of that. The death penalty is not used "willy-nilly" on just anyone. It is used on the most serious of crimes and as a deterrent on people to not use "deadly force" again people. The fact that they do anyways shows they have little regard for the law and society as a whole. There needs to be a tit-for-tat in these situations. The Death Penalty should and I hope will remain an active deterrant to these crimes.
HOWEVER, the fact IS, in this country, YOU CAN LITERALLY GET AWAY WITH MURDER if you have the money AND are careful enough. Sadly. So, it sickens me to no end to see destitute black men end up on death row while rich men walk. They need a set of public defenders on par with their much higher paid counter-parts, after all, this IS DEATH we're talking about, and the government OWES it to make sure its the correct decision, based on Justice not money.
So, there are many, many flaws in the system. This is my only witholding. :///

What does this have to do with LGBT issues? Nothing, it seems.
I think this is a made up question, obviously using your own grammar and spelling rules outside of English.
People have a right to express their opinions. Murder is not a form of communication.

And where does that leave the victims ability for self-expression?
You can't make a blanket statement about any group of people, gay, murderers, black, white, Christians, Muslims, Jews, agnostics, Hari Krishnas. They are all different people with different experiences. Slug your Liberal friend in the nose then say you were expressing yourself.

No disrespect to you or your friend but your friend is an a**hole. So if someone does the unthinkable to his family how would he feel then? Would he still think of it as just an expression of self? I bet your friend would try to do bodily harm to that person.

That's baloney and you know it. Next time come up with a more believable question, and try to get it into the right forum. Unless of course you are a Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgendered conservative.
