i am at college doing painting and decorating and reguarly come into contact with things that damage my skin and my hair what can i do to make my skin and hair healthy.
also i have really badly chapped lips what can i do for these as i have tried loads of things is there something the doctor could prescribe that is better than what i can by?

noyhing beats vaseline 4 your lips i suffer with really bad chapped lips u have 2 smother your lips in it all the time and trust me it should clean up and as 4 ur skin try using a a good rehdrating moisturiser(loreal have a good 1) this will keep your skin looking lovely if you feel your skin drying out from the paints and chemicals try using a dry skin cream and as 4 your hair always cover it up wen in contact with paints and at home you could regually put a treatment on your hair loreal again do a good 1

no problem the salt drys the air inside the oven, so the moisture from inside the potato tries to get out the skin (peel) prevents this so you have fluffy potato inside and a flexible peel surround.=0Ai have been a trained chef for over 2o years and this is a standard method of preparing baked potatoes. a lot of people don't like the idea of wasting salt purely for this purpose.glad to be of help.
