I have had 2 sales fall through on my property and I'm getting to the stage where finances are a nightmare! Someone said if I sold the property in a London auction I would get more money for it than a local auction as prices are higher down there. I live in Stoke On Trent and am desperate to get it sold. Does anyone know of any property auctions in London and have contact info for them? please help

This is a London auction house, www.savills.co.uk. Their next auction is 19/02/2007, probably too late for this one . They are a very good company.
Another one is Pugh auctioneers based in Preston. Tel 01772722444. They auction property in London.
You could try advertising your house in the Evening Standard in London. Describe it well, local facilities and how long to London by train. Good Luck.
