30 seconds to one minute at most. Idling a car to warm it up is both unnecessary and very hard on the engine. It will warm up much more quickly by driving it gently than letting it idle.

30 seconds to a minute would be fine. Start out slowly if possible. Longer warmups are only useful if you need thawing power for the windshield, it doesn't benefit the engine any.
