no the sun rays are not harmful to our body the rays gives vitamin d to our body. but in the current world due to depletion of the ozone layer they are harmful

yes they are harmful. the sun's ray contain ultraviolent ray which harm the eye and cause skin cancer. the ozone layer protects us from these rays. but nowadays, due to the human activities, a hole is being formed in the ozone layer. its better we stop these activities otherwise we cannot live a healthy life.

suns rays are not at all harmful they coz the body to produce vit D but strong rays could be harmful they can burn the skin

sun rays consists of harmful and also useful rays the ozone layer filters the harmful rays so it is not that sun rays are harmful they are useful in producing vit d in our body, developing immunity,etc., unless our body is allergic to it.

NO WE CANNOT SAY THAT SUNRAYS R TOTALLY HARMFUL BECAUSE ONLY D FEW RAYS OF SUN R HARMFUL. AS U MIGHT BE KNOWING THAT EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IS HARMFUL .SO BEING IN UNDER SUN FOR LONG TIME CAN CAUSE HARM

in sun rays harmfull rays such as infra red rays and ultra violet rays are also emitted so due to over exposure of these rays there may be possibility of causing skin cancer.

but in sun rays we can get vitamin-d as well as vitamin-e which is very useful vitamins to our body.

in moderation, sun rays are good for health. but due to ozone layer depletion, content is more in sunrays off late n this cud be harmful U are advised to use shades for your eyes and lotion to your skin- sunscreen lotions! but if you desperately need a tan, then expose moderatly n intelligently!

but if ozone hadnt been present then they might be as harmful as poison.
