Please give me some ideas in the aspect of human rights

Here are the offenses that I think are punishable by death.
1. Child molestation (in any form or fashion)
2. 1rst degree murder-capitol murder
3. Rape
4. Anyone who repeatedly breaks the law (they obviously will never learn so get rid of them)

I also believe that the punishment should fit the crime to a T. If someone slits someones throat, they have their throat slit by a member of that persons family. ect....

All of these cry babies that talk about how inhumane it is would change their story quick if something horrible ever happened to someone they care about.

First degree premeditated murder, in most cases deserves the death penalty. I am for it, I do not want my taxes to feed and clothe these people. Rapists should be euthanized also, it is not possible to rehabilitate these people. The human that they violated had rights, those should be of utmost concern. I think that law enforcement is way too lax.

I am for Death Penality. What you will do to a serial killer who had raped the minor girls before strangulating them.
