My period is 3 weeks late, I have no other early signs of pregnancy. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests and all have come back negative. I've seen my GP I've had a blood test and it came back negative, could i be pregnant or is it something else. I've heard that you hcg levels can read low for up to 12 weeks pregnant, is this true???

Either you didn't ovulate--anovulatory cycle--or you have a corpus luteum cyst. The first is much more likely. It is not true that hcg levels are low in the first 12 weeks--they actally peak around 10 weeks and then start going back down. Blood tests are reliable so you aren't pregnant.
