Is there an organization other than The BBB and the hotel's main office to file a complaint about a hotel?

My experience had nothing to do with staying as a guest. I applied for a position there. At this time, they told me they could not offer me full-time. They stated that they were VERY pleased with my experience. Then, they called me and asked if I would be interested even though they could not offer me as many hours as I would like. I stated yes, because it soon WOULD turn into full-time...since they were building an expansion AND another hotel near by. Then, 2 days later, I get a letter stating that they would NOT hire me because they could not offer the hours, but that, again, they liked by experience and that they would contact me when full-time is needed. Then, they did it to me again...they ran ads looking for employers. I stopped in to let them know I was still interested, and then did a follow-up letter...heard nothing either way. Now, they are advertising for workers again. I don't mind not being hired, I just don't like how they handled that situation.

You can post it everywhere you go. Like here. And you can do a search for the hotel, and write a horrible review for it. What was so bad about it? and what hotel was it? I want to be warned!!

If a large chain, call their corporate headquarters and get either the name of the Director of HR or the Director of Operations.

Send them the letter.
