I know performance and the arts aren't covered - a director is perfectly able to cast a female if the role is written for a female! I think maybe heavy lifting, but that may just require a proof of capability for the role.

Generally social workers. The employer may specify that the socail worker must be female as she will be working with rape victims etc. Once I saw a job advert (social worker again), they were looking for specifically a bangladeshi female. Now that's not only sex discrimination but racial discrimination too...

Normally refuges, you know for women (not sure if there are any for men) who have violent husbands, quite a lot of these advertise for women, so these would be excluded.
