I really feel bad for those kids there. I don't think they get it.
Not only are they inviting sex offenders, they're encouraging vigilante justice by their own refusal to punish offenders.
A man systematically rapes a 4-year-old over a long period of time and gets what?
Probation?
When will the parents be waiting on the steps of the courthouse with their attorneys Smith and Wesson?

Well, I would say I'm glad they are going somewhere else.
So how did this phenomenon you speak of arise?
Is it a decision of one bad judge, or is the state of Vermnot actively seeking child molestors to live there (seems a bit unlikely).
