whatever you do don't panic - you need to either start a debt management plan on your own or get help from a company which deals with this. whatever you do chose one that will sort this out for free - like the cccs.
you don't need to declare yourself bankrupt - and don't get out a loan because if you can't pay the cards now you may find that you will get into the position of not being able to pay the loan back either.

Get yourself down to the citizens advice bureu and tell them your situation THEY CAN HELP.
Also you can ring your credit card companies and tell them your situation and hopfully you can come to some arrangement for paying it back.

go to citizens advice and they will tell your creditors exactly how much your going to pay each month (whatever suits you) and there isn't a damn thing your creditors can do about .
