If you go to places like Las Vegas, and you both agree to split without anything to contest, then it could just take about a day, maybe less.

I would contact a divorce lawyer in your area so you can get reliable info. They could tell you all the info you need. In my opinion if your wife wants a divorce ASAP make her do the work.

Another option is to get divorced overseas. One of such places to get a fast divorce (or marriage) is Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

Depends on where you are...your wife might want a quick divorce, but...A lawyer on YOUR side, might be to your advantage, so you don't get SCREWED in the deal. However, If she wants a divorce so bad, let her do the leg work and PAY for it. Just be damn sure you know what you are signing before you turn anything into the judge......

if you both want one then just split the belongs the way you want between the 2 of you and find a lawyer for both of you and ask for an uncontested divorce
