it depends if u suffer from a medical condition called premature ejaculation. if u do suffer from this, there r no excersises u can do to last longer. it is a reflex ur brain sends down ur spine that u absolutely cany change without medication to stop the signal. an easy way to look at it would be the reflex u get when hitting ur knee. ur leg kicks up. there is nothing u can do to stop it.
if u do not suffer from this condition, then u could try "jelking". it is an excersise you do with ur penis, much like stratching it. search the web for it, there is alot of info out there.
hope i helped! =)

As a non-medical person, i would't know. But then my personal opinion is that staying longer is a matter of the mind, so what you need is not necessarily physical exercise but an exercise of the mind.

In most men, premature ejaculation occurs infrequently and isn't usually a cause for worry. However, if it occurs too often and ends up plaguing your sex life, it can very well be a cause for concern. Techniques to delay premature ejaculation https://tr.im/gUMyY
Studies have shown that premature ejaculation has a direct relationship with age. As men grow older and testosterone levels drop with age, premature ejaculation most likely sets in.
